Fully Residential Schools' International Symposium (FRIS) 2013

A Fully Residential Schools' International Symposium (FRIS) for 2013 was held recently in Sekolah Seri Puteri, Cyberjaya recently. It was held from 20 to 24 March 2013 and it involved not only fully residential schools in Malaysia but from other countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, India and many others. SEMESRA had sent a team to participate in the symposium.

This year's theme was Go Green: Initiatives from the Future and our school team had prepared a paper on 'Developing the Automotive Industry Towards Green'.

Alhamdulillah, the school team had been presented with the Gold Award for their presentation. This award had marked SEMESRA's good track record in FRIS as the school has managed to win the FRIS Gold Award for three consecutive years.

Adam Shah bin Junus, one of the key speakers for the school team had been chosen to represent Malaysia in the signing of the resolution together with the delegate from Dr. Mosaheb School, Iran which represented the international participants.

Congratulations to the school team for their excellent job. This has clearly shown that SEMESRA's students are capable of competing at the international level. Hopefully this success will be a motivation to other students to achieve a similar feat.
