On 30th April, SEMESRA took part in the Rembau District English Carnival that was held in SMK Datuk Abdullah.
SEMESRA had participated in two categories which are choral speaking and public speaking.
The choral speaking team was announced as the winner and Mohd Ashril was again chosen as the best conductor for two years in a row. Meanwhile the school's representative for public speaking competition won second place.
